Look for the October 4 due date.
Enlarge detail ↗Check what’s still outstanding
Open Finance and look at receivables overdue by 1 to 30 days. The NT$42,000 is still outstanding in your records. If a transfer has arrived, record it before following up.
Recorded status is not a live bank balance.

In Artists, select a name and open Finance. In this separate example, the artist has NT$173,400 to receive and NT$21,800 to pay. These are two different totals; neither tells you how much a single client owes.

Ask for a payment date
Edit the note with the date and amount you just checked. Ask when payment is expected so you can set a date for your next follow-up.
Editable demo. This message will not be sent.
If the client gives a new date, record the next follow-up as a dated task in your workspace.
