Who handles your information
This policy covers the public TALOOX website and early access registration. The workspace has a different scope: before opening beta accounts we will provide a separate notice about projects, connected accounts and AI processing.
What we collect and why
If you register, we use your email and role to review your request and contact you about access. We also receive the plan, team size and work context you choose to share, the form language and the page where you registered. Without the required details we cannot arrange an invitation. You can browse without registering. Please leave private client or financial details out of the form.
Our hosting and form security providers process network and device information, including IP addresses, browser information and request times, to deliver pages, detect bots and prevent abuse. A registration does not give us access to your email account or send your answers to an AI model.
Optional website analytics
Only if you allow analytics do we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read. Google receives page, device, visit and analytics cookie information. We do not send your registration answers as analytics events. Declining does not affect registration. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Your browser stores that preference.
Who receives it and for how long
The studio and the providers listed on our service providers page process information to operate this site and manage invitations. They may process it in Taiwan, the United States or other places where they operate. We retain registration details while arranging access and responding to inquiries. When no longer needed, we remove them from our list and follow-up records, except where retention is needed for a legal obligation or unresolved dispute. We do not sell the list.
Your choices and requests
Email us to leave the list or to request access, a copy, correction, cessation of processing or deletion of your information. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request is yours. We will reply under applicable law. If we change how we use data, we will update this notice and obtain new permission where required.
