Using the website and registering
These terms cover this website, its demos and early access registration. Registration is free and requests an invitation; it does not guarantee a place or start a subscription. The free beta does not automatically become paid. Separate workspace terms will be presented before beta account activation.
Submit accurate contact details and only information you have the right to share. Do not impersonate someone else, interfere with the site or bypass its security. Demo examples are illustrations, not contracts, invoices or advice for your own projects.
If you later choose a paid plan
We do not take payments on this registration site. Before purchase we will show the price, currency, taxes, billing period, seat charges and renewal terms. We will only charge you after you confirm a separate order.
To stop renewal, email us before the next billing date with the email on your subscription. You can use the service through the period already paid for. The next period will not be charged.
Refunds
Within seven calendar days of your first subscription payment, you may email us for a full refund and end paid access. If you were charged twice, charged in error or billed after timely cancellation, send us the charge date and order reference. We will refund incorrect charges. Otherwise we do not normally prorate unused days. This does not limit any longer withdrawal period, refund or remedy available under applicable law.
Questions and disputes
Contact the studio about website, payment or service issues. Taiwan law applies, subject to mandatory protections where you live. You may seek consumer mediation or bring a claim before any court with jurisdiction under applicable law. Contacting us first is not a condition of exercising those rights.
